Do you refill pain medication?
We do not refill any controlled substances.
What if the pharmacy says they did not receive the prescription after it was sent?
That happens from time to time, just send an email to support@refillscripts.com and we will fix the problem within 24 hrs. You will receive a text when the problem is resolved.
How often can I use Refill Scripts?
Our goal is not to replace your primary care provider, in order to maintain good health, you should have regular physical exams from your primary care provider. We will refill medications while you are in the transition period between primary care providers or unable to get a timely appointment for your refill needs.
Can I refill more than three medications at a time?
Yes. You will be billed an additional 1-3 medications rate when 4-6 medications are needed. Example: Prescription for 1-3 medications for 30 days is $15.99
Prescriptions for 4-6 medications for 30 days is an additional $15.99
Total = 31.98 for a prescription for 4-6 medications for 30 days.
Do you prescribe antibiotics?
We do not prescribe antibiotics. Antibiotics in most cases should be prescribed after a physical exam has been completed. A refill on antibiotics that failed to fix a problem should be reevaluated by the original prescriber to determine if further testing is needed.
